Cua Dai Bridge Road Project in Southern Hoi An is an inter-regional traffic route connecting Hoi An ancient town with Tam Ky city within a total length of 42.8km in which the kickoff starts from Km6 +400 of the bridgehead road (southern of Cua Dai bridge) to km42 +880 as this is the intersection between National Highway 40B and the road linking Tam Thanh industrial park to Ky Ha port and Chu Lai Airport.
The project itself is divided into 3 segments in which Phu Vinh Ltd Co. - a member unit of FVG Group is processing the third-phase construction from Km31+400 to Km42+880, including 11.48km entity through Duy Xuyen, Thang Binh district, and Tam Ky city of Quang Nam province. The estimated construction duration is 540 days and starting time is October 21, 2021.
Cua Dai - Southern Hoi An bridge pathway belongs to the project of “Developing Environment and Urban Infrastructure” for adaptation of climate changes in Hoi An city, Quang Nam province which is sponsored by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). In order to complete the urban infrastructure and promote the development and expansion of Hoi An city as far as to the extreme south of the Thu Bon river, an investment in the inter-regional transport system connecting Hoi An urban area and Tam Ky city have been processed as considering this main province of Quang Nam is a new tourism center.
